Being Happy
What is happiness? Being happy is all in our state of
mind.Its very easy to put up words together and go on writing,
advising people on happiness. Believe me it all starts with us and ends with
us.
Happiness is felt when both our mental & physical state
releases positivity & contentment within us. We come across "happiness
lies within us" quote almost in every talk, lecture or article. Often we
come across people who are emotionally shattered that they start believing
happiness never seeks them rather it lies or dupes them all the time.
Do you believe happiness really deceives u, or its the other way we
are unable to seek it? what actually happiness is? Where does it lies? How do
we seek it?
Many events in our life are unavoidable, however positive we may
act towards life we are bound to face rejections, obstacles, heartbreaks, total
societal isolation etc and gradually our positive attitude gets diverted
towards negativity. Our life is ruled over by anger, jealousy, frustrations,
bitterness and to some extent depression. We allow passions of mind to rule
over us , that's how we lose being happy. We
constantly measure our degree of happiness with that of others, forgetting the
real existence of our own life.
Each ones contribution towards life is different.Happiness is to
cope up with the crisis life offers us. Keeping one-self engaged in productive
things makes us feel good and our mind calms down. Meditation is the ultimate way to be at peace, getting involved in positive talks, looking out
for opportunities in worst situations triumphing over the hardships
and finding real meaning of our existence is happiness.
Trying to be happy though!
